When i Check Audit log Viewer then it showing error with blank page.

You can also check in your browsers developer tools
403 indicates that your user is missing authorizations.
Please check that user has assigned role collection (either directly or through groups mapping) containing the roles mentioned in the linked SAP Help Documentation.
