Can we have an IAS-IdP based login URL for application using OIDC defaulted to corporate IdP?

For SAML SSO applications, an IdP-based URL can be used to login to the application.

Doing so allows users not known in the corporate IdP to login to the application using direct IAS credentials.

Is there a similar solution for OIDC SSO applications?

Currently the feature https://help.sap.com/docs/identity-authentication/identity-authentication/use-allow-identity-authent... is for SAML 2.0 applications.
