Hi Darshika,
a qna bot will first try to understand a user input and will find qna/faq questions for more cases than just entering the exact question. In other words also, if the user input is only close to the question or matching parts of the answer, therefore it might be helpful for the user to have the question also displayed to understand the full context.
If you would still like to remove the question from the bot response you can do so. Just navigate in your bot to the skill tab and select the faq skill. The actions will then be shown where you could edit the first action and remove the part "{{qna.faq.answers.0.question}}" as highlighted in the screenshot below.
