Is possible to generate the MTAR file normally but when i try to deploy gives this error ... how to resolve?

Sure. Could you please perform a small test in your dev.space so we can see if it is a general deployment issue in your space or it is specific to your project/mtar?

Please create a new MTA project, e.g. a Basic Multitarget application, using Application Wizard, then build and deploy it.
