deploying email sending project in outlook automated process error

Once a process has been deployed in SAP Build Process Automation which only has a form that receives an email and an automation which should send an email through the Outlook platform, when testing the automation it works correctly but when doing so A test of the process deployed from the form link, remains in the automation step, does not give any error but does not advance from that point either.

no, I do not have attributes in the agent

that's why its not getting executed.
You can follow this tutorial regarding the agent management :  https://developers.sap.com/tutorials/spa-run-agent-settings.html

In this tutorial Skip the create environment part instead of that add your agent to the public environment.

and after doing all the steps add attribute to that automation and try to run again, it should work.
