Disabling details section in SAP Conversational AI

Hi,

We have used SAP Conversational AI web client integration. We have a custom list and on clicking the text, we can view detailed content. We would like to disable this feature. Is there any way we can achieve this?

This is not currently possible. But we will review your feedback for the next iteration of the Web Client. Feel free to add details about your use case and why the Detail View does fit in terms of user experience.

I've got the same issue, we don't need the Details View. It's shown as an empty panel. But other than that, if we want to fill the Details View, how would this work? Where do I enter this text?
