I want to use the Event Mesh to create a extension scenario. I see in Discovery Center that Event Mesh has its own pricing model.
Do I need to subscribe to 'Integration Suite' (expensive !) as a prerequisite for subscribing to 'Event Mesh'?

No you do not have to subscribe to Integration Suite to work with SAP Event Mesh. Like other BTP services, SAP Event Mesh is also available by default with CPEA agreement.
