DPAgent to HANA on prem does not work for DWC trial

Hi

In my trial account I am trying to connect to HANA on prem via DP agent and faced the issue than connection can not be established because of error

2021-09-06 16:38:58,107 [ERROR] DPFramework | JDBCConnector.makeConnection - Ensure that the IP address of the agent host is allowlisted in SAP HANA system.

We have configured DP agent and added IP address to Allowlist following https://help.sap.com/viewer/9f804b8efa8043539289f42f372c4862/cloud/en-US/e87952d7c656477cb5558e5c2f4...

but it is still not working.

My questions:

1.Is it allowed to connect trial DWC with real HANA on prem?

2. Is it enough just to add IP address to tab IP Allowlist or other actions supposed?allowlist.png

3. How can I fix it in trial account?Regards,Tatsiana

I have install the DP-Agent whit a administrator User

I can Check the windows Services

I have the IPv4 DPAgent'S ip, registered in DWC IP-Allowist / Trusted IPs

I have created the Data Provisioning Agent in DWC

I have setting with this information the DPA Agent with option 6 and 2

I´m doing stop, start, Agent

and finally does not work, I can check the log status Dpagent and I can see:

"Ensure that the IP address of the agent host is allowlisted in SAP HANA system"

but this ip is setting already.

some recomendation ?
