DWC BW4 Model Transfer Error "Could not reach the ABAP server via the LCS Service of Analytics"

Hello Team,

Here i am trying to connect DWC to our backend HANA DB via DPA and Cloud Connection.

On DWC i am trying to create BW4 Model transfer connection to Backed Hana DB.

so when i try to create a connection ,first DWC will connect to backed ABAP via Cloud Connector and it will fetch respective DB details.

Using those details connection will be created on DPA to Backed DB.

when i try to create the BW4 Model connection i am seeing below error.

connection between DWC --->Cloud Connector--->Backed ABAP is working fine.

i validated by creating ABAP connections via cloud connector.

Please sugges

"Model import is not available for connection "SIDHDB". Could not reach the ABAP server via the LCS Service of Analytics. Please validate the tunnel connection "SID100TDWC" in Analytics (SAC) and try again. If the issue persists, please contact your administrator."

to fix the issue ,please ensure that /sap/bc/ping service is activated on backed ABAP system

on the backed (ABAP) system,make sure this service "sap/bc/ping" in sicf is activated.

More over you can get more info about this error in the ljs_trace.log file

The service service "sap/bc/ping" is already active but the issue is not solved...
