We just implemented SAP B1 9.0. We are able to email standard out of the box SAP B1 reports via SAP mailer. Unfortunately 50% of our reports are crystal reports. We use Windows RDP applications to access the SAP environment so how can we easily email crystal reports directly from SAP B1 without exporting the files and then searching for the file and emailing via outlook?
Convert de layout in a report (group by the parameter you want to use) with manual parameters (for example a document range or date range or just one client code)
You hang it in a menu option and then through the standard functionality in File-Send-Email in Outlook
