Error in SAC-trace with user BI_POPULARITY - "The user does not have the necessary authorization"?

Hello,

at the moment we have regularily the message "The user does not have the necessary authorization" in the SAC trace-section. The corrseponding user is BI_POPULARITY and the component is sap.fpa.services.resource.core

Might be, that this is a new error message after the Q4/2023 release.

Has anybody any idea what might be wrong and how I could fix this problem and what "BI_POPULARITY" is? Or is this a case directly for the SAP support?
