Error while installing ADT in Eclipse 2023-03 version

Hello Experts,

I have downloaded "Eclipse IDE for Java Developers" and tried to install ADT, it is giving me this error:

I have JRE as well.

My browser is controlled by my organization, hence I am unable to use Installer. I have tried packages of several versions. It is the same error.
Can you please help.

Please check the online Document - SapMachine and SAP HANA Studio as it is explaining which additional Eclipse Packages are needed, to install the ADT successfully.

Furthermore, the Document - SAP First Guidance – Implementing BW-MT as the new SAP BW Modeling Experience includes several additional hints.
