Export isn't working

Hi roniabhi,

Which option are you referring to under Administration? I just tried to run an export via the file system but mine is stuck on initializing. That occasionally happens when a service is not working :-(.

But is the export is successful the file download should start automatically. Only thing I can think of is the browser settings. Maybe you can cross-check the security settings of your browser to be positive this is not blocking the download. Browsers have become quite strict with different security settings.

Apparently, there was some VPN issue for which the upload wasn't working. The issue is resolved now.
