Fail to add capabilities in integration suite (canary feature SET B )

Hi,

We are facing errors of adding capabilities of integration suite in my BTP subaccount (not trail account)

Cloud integration : Failed

Error APIMGT_DEV_PORTAL003: Activation of Cloud Integration capability has failed. To resolve, see SAP Note 2904202.

API Management : Failed

Error APIMGT100: Activation of API Management capability has failed. To resolve, see SAP Note2904202.

I also refer to the articles recommended in KBA 3013983 ( Integration Suite – Simplified Onboarding and Provisioning)

Ensure most of the services are entitled.

Appreciated if anyone can give some hints on it.
