Failed to run RPA on RDP

Hello community, how are you?

I am having a problem with RPA, we are currently working on an RDP and the bot is running in that environment.

When we send to execute a process from Cloud Factory and we have the remote desktop open everything works wonderfully, but if we close the remote desktop when it reaches certain tasks such as performing keystroke "alt + g" or using UIAutomation it crashes.

can someone help us with this?

You have to deactivate the automatic lock screen.

A solution is to use another remote access aoftware than RDP, and deactivate automatic lock screen.

Another solution is to avoid using keystroke : look at this link.
