Tried to subscribe the BTP Launchpad Service in my free trial account, but it keeps popping up "Subscription Failed" error message.
Is this service under maintenance these days?
Hi Pavel,
there are two possible reasons for this problem:
a. You have not assigned the Launchpad Admin role to your user. In this case, please go to Security > Trust Configuration and assign it.
b. You assigned it, but you are still using the browser session to which you logged on, when the user did not have the role assigned. In this case, I recommend to close the browser or open a new incognito window and login again. Then it should work.
