Is there any way to build an FAQ chatbot that would use a retrieval-based model to make queries to a Word document and return parts of the text to the user as answers? Thanks.
Hi alesouza currently this is not a feature that is available on the platform. The product team of CAI has this in mind and in the backlog but no define deadline for this feature to be released.

Hi alesouza yes definitely. If the solution that you want to use exposes an API, you can consume this API through a middleware that you can be called through the webhooks of the Bot Builder to retrieve the paragraphe 🙂
