FIORI and Web Client UI for Investigative Case Management (ICM)

Good day all,

I have configured all Fiori ICM applications and all are working from the FLP.

Below is the URL when I have opened "Manage Case" app and searched for case 201000000010:

https://xxxxxxxx/sap/bc/ui2/flp#ICMCase-manage?sap-ui-tech-hint=WCF&/sap-iapp-state=ASY5DQKDTY9BZ99H...

You can see the sap-iapp-state is being generated and I assume the case id reside within.

Now the challenge is I need to create this URL in the back-end and send the link out on email, so when the user clicks the link Fiori will launch and opens the "Manage Case" app and automatically opens case 201000000010.

How do I modify the URL is pass the case id as a parameter or should there be a sap-iapp-state be generated before hand.

Do note that this is a SAP Standard implementation.
