Fiori - Custom Group shows no tiles

Dear Experts

We have S/4HANA 2022 initial shipment.

I added a custom Group, but in the fiori launchpad no tiles show:

These groups show perfect in the launchpad designer:

I is not an auths issue, as my user have SAP_ALL and no dumps in SU53.

Hi Willem, I followed the below SAP note https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/0002762770

Run the following reports on frontend system:

/UI2/PAGE_CACHE_RESET

/UI2/PAGE_CACHE_CREATE

It worked for me.

Thank you so much for your answer! Issue was partly solved 🙂

I'll share in case it helps someone, some tiles still did not display, especially the "custom fields and logic" tile. I granted this tile to a Z group and assigned it to the user.

After investigation, I finally found that the user did not have auths to the SAP_BASIS_TCR_T catalog where this tile originates. There were no auth dumps for the user or any errors in the fiori error logs to point out this issue.

After granting catalog SAP_BASIS_TCR_T in a role to the user, the user can now view the tile.
