Hi Guy's,

im Facing Myinbox Error While Click Approve Button JV Document Approve Error message is

Company Code offsetting cannot be posted automatically.

But While Approve From GUI or Workflow Im Not Getting Any Error It's Approved Sucessfully.

Please check what is the log displayed in tcode /IWFND/ERROR_LOG.

please check KBA 3204968 - Troubleshooting Task Gateway BAdI - /IWWRK/BADI_WF_BEFORE_UPD_IB - steps.

If this is not a decision step in the used workflow BAdI /IWWRK/BADI_WF_BEFORE_UPD_IB should be executed.

Hi,

BAdI application logic is delivered for SAP standard workflows which are supported in my inbox. For custom workflow (WS9...)you need to implement your own logic based on the used workflow. So there is no ultimate solution for custom logic, but KBA 3204968 gives you the steps to identify the core cause.

Thanks for sharing the information on the BADi, this helped resolving one of our one step release process after we copied the standard WF to custom WF.
