Fiori Standard Analytical KPI Tile Load Error

Hello Experts,

I have configured one of the Standard Analytical App using KPI Modeler, I successfully created KPI, Evaluation, Tile and configured the KPI drill down. I have also assigned necessary roles in Hana DB as well as in Fiori Frontend. I also added userId to the created KPI using 'Manage KPI Autorization' of KPI Modeler. But in App Finder, under SAP: KPIs, my Tile is not loading (its displayed with ! mark & showing found in negative cache...) & when I try to add this Tile to My Home Group, its giving below error in chrome debugger console (but no error in Network tab)-

Cannot load tile error.

Try to empty cache and hard reload

If tile works in one client but throws error in another client, check if app variants are transported successfully or not.

Failed to initialize error on click of tile.

Empty cache and hard reload.

All steps to clear cache

Then activated the service on which KPI is built on and load its metadata.

On click of tile, facing navigation intent error, and in console it shows Annotation file not found.
