first CPI an internal error occurred during message processing. Please create a ticket

Hi I was just trying the SAP CPI to create a sample flow .

I create a flow to receive a request from SOAP UI. I have checked the Endpoint is all correct. But the message is not coming into CPI.

Can you guys help please.

Hi Martin,

I encountered with same issue and fixed it by assigning "MessagingSend" role to our SUSER (we are using basic authentication in the test system) via cloud cocpit. You can check following KBA about it. https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2638773

Of course you may be using certificate based authentication and since its a very unclear error, my solution can be one of the way in order to fix the issue.

Many thanks for your help!! I get solved the issue, with your tip.

1) I've created a Role Collection (e.g. CPI_Roles) with role "MessagingSend" and assign my SUSER (email) to it.

2) I've deployed my iFlow again.

That's was all and work it!
