Flexible Workflow and Classic Workflow - Can they co-exist??

Hello

I am looking for an answer to the question whether Classic WF can co-exist with Flexible WF? I see that Flexible WF is very convenient as regards creation and maintenance but it has only limited business scenarios which can be activated. So if I want to use the classic WF for unmapped scenarios, is it possible? Please suggest

Thanks Jannes. This is really some very good information and I will explore the process automation. Is there a separate licensing cost to use the product or comes as part of default delivery ?

And one last question: Is there a SAP roadmap on what all scenarios are planned to be made available in future release? I am specifically looking for the FSCM-Credit Management-DCD.
