Getting Error Refuse to frame in the SAP Build Process Automation under the Monitor tab

While Navigating to the Manage->Process and Workflow under the Monitor tab and getting error "Refused to frame 'https://0a59b9f6trial.authentication.us10.hana.ondemand.com/' because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors https://0a59b9f6trial.authentication.us10.hana.ondemand.com".

I am having a very similar issue. I see the premanent busy indicator on almost all of the monitor and settings pages in the lobby, e.g.

• Settings/Mail Server
• Settings/Destinations
• Monitor/Process & Workflow Instances
• Monitor/Processes & Workflows

I am prototyping in a trial account because we are having some problems getting the entitlements setup correctly for our paid account (currently being investigated by SAP). I am using SAP ID service as IDP (i.e. default setup for trial)

The error I see in the console is:

Refused to display 'https://[guid]trial.authentication.us10.hana.ondemand.com/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'deny'.

I have tried in Chrome and in Safari (on Mac) and the result is the same. Looking back at my notes this was working on Tuesday. My trial account is on US East VA AWS
