Hidden information from public???????

Dear Team,

we are building a dashboard for our team and we do have a couple of KPIs which should be visible only for a couple of users and not for the public. I would like to know how to have it done, which function can we use.

I would really appreciate if one of you can help me with this issue.

an excel document which we push in Dashboard Design tool and make the visualization.

The safer and simpler (and i guess the ONLY) option is creating two separate files and assign it to the users since in this case we cannot control authentication considering you are pulling data from a plain excel.

When you are dealing with raw excel file how come the users are involved here ? Though you are inheriting the users from the repository, access to the specific records is not possible. All you can do is create a group and provide the access to the particular users in CMC level to view the dashboard. Even in this way you cannot display chart A to one user & chart B to another.
