Hierarchy Breaks are Missing on Scheduled MS Excel Format.

Hello Experts. We were broadcasting / Scheduling our Webi Reports in Acrobat Adobe (PDF) format everything was fine. Recently, users requested the same report to be broadcast in MS Excel format.

On receiving the report in MS Excel format noticed the below:

1. Hierarchy Breaks were missing.

2. Header & Footer is missing. However, I can do a work around to display it.

Please help me to get the hierarchy breaks as we use get on Acrobat Adobe format (PDF).

Most likely you need to remove the breaks and need to expand the levels and then export to excel.

Right click on the object which has break in it go to Break -> Remove All Breaks.
