how can i change the the backgroud color of toolheader and segmented button

Hello everyone ,

I want to change the background color of "toolheader" and "segmented button" encircled by a red frame as shown in the figure below

to make it like this figure :

I tried to change it using css but unfortunuality , it doesn't work .

Any help please .

Just inspect the element and try to change the color of the standard CSS to your desire color then copy that CSS to your style.css file.
