A user cannot login to fiori launchpad via sso.

Maintenance ok we couldn't find the problem

Hi gregorw,

We have a customer that logs in with SSO.
One user says he can't login.
We checked the VUSREXTID userid mapping table, it's ok. and the user is not locked and everything is normal like the others. But he can't login, is there a log etc to understand about error or problem?
Other users are already logging in without any problems.
