how to Auto populate user full name in description on the documentation tab in SU01

Hi Team,

few user attributes are auto filled via HR Mini master when we click on the create button in SU01, but we can not the pull the user full name into the description field of the documentation tab in SU01, which is require to be filled for PO creator details.
Please help me how to get these details auto filled when we create users via SU01.
