How to change the BW Query Monitor to use https?

When I enter transaction RSRT (BW Query Monitor) and change the query display to "4 ABAP Web", a pop up appears with an URL using http.

Transaction RSCUSTV15 shows the web protocol HTTPS:

The Security Guide for SAP S/4HANA 2022 recommends to enable SSL for the relevant ICF services (which would be in my case BEx):

However, I tried that and the pop-up in RSRT still tries to open a http connection, even with SSL being enabled:

SAP note 805344 states that RSRT (ABAP Web) will always use http, this is not customizable. So that answers my question.

Ok, note seems pretty clear to me too. I'm also pretty sure I'm currently using the protocol https when executing a query with the rsrt using the ABAP web button (740 SP13):

Nothing specific around this as we don't use any web access (I even have to activate the web service).

That looks strange, given how explicit SAP was in that note. Do you have a webdispatcher somewhere in your landscape which might interfere?
