How to connect to tenant HDB on SAP ABAP Platform 1909 Dev edition

Hello.

I was able to connect to the tenant SYSTEMDB using the provided user/password

Unfortunately, when I am trying to connect to the tenant HDB I am facing the error "System cannot be reached

Does anybody knows how what should I correct in my setup? I also tried vhcala4hci as a host (I edited the host files) - no luck.
The system is running fine from the perspective of Netweaver

I would suggest adjusting the tags of this question to something related to SAP HANA DB ;-).
