How to create and use Standard User in SAP Build Process Automation

I am very new to SAP. I have subscribed to a standard SBPA plan. I have created a workflow for 2 participants to work on. I want them to approve some tasks that I assign to them, but I don't know how they get access to the tasks. I have permissions to create standard users in the BTP. Can anyone give me instructions on how to do this?

How do permit recipients get access to the inbox to process permits?

Thank You. This blog shows alle the service plans of SAP Build Process Automation. I still don't know how to assign the approvals to other users, to standard users to get the approvals in their inbox.
