How to edit the error records while using ODP ODQ based extracion

Dear Experts,

Whenever we are extracting the data using odp odq connection where PSA is no longer valid, how to edit the error records.

Example: if there is any dso activation failure due to special char, usually the records will be edited in the psa and will be loaded again.

In the above case if psa is not available , how to edit the records.

I am aware that the records will be moved to error stack when there is dtp failure but not activation failure.

Please share your thoughts.

Thanks,

Hi Jagadeep,

Good evening.

1) We can uncheck SID generation during activation ion during reporting or SID generatin ADSO prpperties ,which will allow special char and invalid records.

2) Try to add special chars at T code RSKC.

3) Create field based W/O or Staging ADSO ,which is alternative of PSA and take it as a source of your standard target ADSO . for such kind of error you can edit records in staging or W/O field based ADSO.

Hello Sagar,

Thank you for the reply.

I just assumed an example as special char.

If there is some other issue where data has to be edited like the way we edit the data in psa, is there a way to handle while extracting using odp odq.

Thanks,
