How to enable SAC story script editing for other users

Hello,

How can I enable other users to modify the SAC story with script.
When other users try to edit they see the bleow message

and not able to view or edit the scripts in the story.
Any suggestions. Thank you in advance

The user needs update rights for Applications to be able to modify stories with scripts:

I have given the user full control. Also I made the other user as owner. But still only I am able to view and modify the script.
