How to navigate through sub-processes in process authoring in SAP Cloud ALM?

Dear sirs,

We model our processes in SAP Cloud ALM.

In process flow view when used with Best Practice Models,

it is possible to navigate through sub-processes (+) sign.

But we can't do it and don't know how to assign a diagram to it.

The message we get is "Navigation is not possible, there is no assigned diagram."

Can anybody help?

That is exactly what we are talking about. We are in S4HANA Rise conversion project. Our team remodels based on Best Practices. But they cannot navigate to sub-processes. Please help if you have a solution.

Hi Hasan,

you are right, sub process and call activities are "pointers" to other diagrams. SAP standard content comes partly with working links and partly as pure visual telling the user that there is a relation to another diagram. SAP Cloud ALM Process Authoring does not allow to maintain the targets of sub processes or call activities. We certainly discussing this and consider this functionality as very useful. Please stay tuned.
