how to remove deletion flag from field likp-spe_loekz

Hi,

i need to know how the deletion flag likp-spe_loekz can be set and removed.

in my system there are a lot of documents with the flag set and is no more possible to even see them.

the client is asking how to remove the flag.

can anybody help me?
