Hi,

Cannot download SAP Best Practices for SAP S/4HANA. Solution manager 7.2 SP10.

We got:

Response status 500: Check HTTP connection to external server "OCDAPIS"
HTTP receive: Communication failure with connectionOCDAPIS

Both connections of OCDAPIS and OCDSTORE are configured according to https://launchpad.support.sap.com/#/notes/2194123 and both shows 200 OK on Tests.

The issue is not in the communication, but in the ST plug-in. Apply the SAP Note 2949070 - Can not import SAP Best Practice Packages from SOLADM
