can we import the Datasphere View / tables to SAC and create a model in SAC with live connection? if yes, can we export daily delta datasets to the file server in a flat file format (CSV or XLS format)?

Yes, you can consume the SAP Datasphere data in SAC via OData API to create a model (Analytical or Planning).
