I am also getting the greyed out option.

i am having latest roles of user SOLD_ADMMXA ( process management template admin user)and sap_all. But still it is gray out.

Any other settings to enable it.

I know this is an old post but I believe the issue is access to a specific service is needed. I dont have the specific service that is needed though, does anyone else have the information? Thanks!
