Initial user authorizations

Hi everyone. We are starting working with Cloud ALM. As the main contact after provisioning from SAP for Me I received the Identity Services (IAS?) and Cloud ALM. But when I go to Cloud ALM I only see the apps below.

I know I need to change my user authorizations for implementation but since I don't have the User Management - Administration app (tile) I can't change that.

Any suggestions what might be missing? Thanks a lot.

Hi Jorge,

please make sure that your user is assigned as an administrator in the IAS: https://help.sap.com/docs/cloud-alm/setup-administration/user-onboarding?locale=en-US

normally if you requested SAP Cloud ALM this should be the case. but it looks like that your user does not have admin rights.

We did the setup of the administrator roles for the Cloud ALM subaccounts from BTP. That solved the issue. thank you.
