Intents in SAP CAI not working in Trial account

Hi Experts,

We are facing issues while trying to access Intents from SAP CAI.
The BOT is not able to identify any of the expressions created under the intents that we have provided, it triggers Greetings or Fallback skill every time.

Facing the same issue when published as WebChat.

We have used the same trial account in the past and it worked fine. Existing BOTs created in the past are working fine.

Are there are any restrictions levied by SAP on CAI trail account.

Would really appreciate any advise/help.

By the way, the setting is under Settings > Version

and here is the status Stephen is talking about (the color of the dot + text on the Train button also indicates the state of the training)
