I had read this document，and then I downloaded chrome extension from there. It is blue extension, you can see my screenshot above with the version.

Is it necessary to install the pink extension?

Can you help me see what's wrong?

Sorry I am not getting your scenario. Always Please install latest Desktop Agent from Software Downloads. Recently SAP released latest chrome extension supporting v3 Manifest. Refer to this SAP Note 3224093.

The installer provides an option to keep both the legacy (v2) extension and latest (v3) versions. You can try just with v3 and try. if the issue persists, kindly raise a ticket with SAP Support BPI-PA
