I am currently trying to implement a chatbot via the webchat function into Jam (as a widget). Unfortunately the chat window size starts rather small, and when answers and responses are being sent within the chat window, it's length increases. (Up to point where I can not even see the text input field anymore) Hence I would like to adjust and lock the vertical length of the window size. Is that possible and if so, how?
Thank you very much for your support!
I believe you must use the source code -- https://github.com/SAPConversationalAI/Webchat -- and modify it yourself (see the bottom of this help topic, https://help.sap.com/viewer/a4522a393d2b4643812b7caadfe90c18/latest/en-US/69e726575efc4eb2bfdaf33e6c....
