The Issue (SLFI document) is the one visible on "Issues - Service Delivery" application of Engagement and Services Delivery group.
I found out that Issue is tied to DVM Service Session as a follow-up. The one I want to deactivate have sessions generated as Automated Self Service, but on that SOLMAN_SETUP step I couldn't locate a way to disable Issue creation, the only options available are for Processing Mode.
I read "Data Volume Management User Guide_2020.pdf" and also FAQ Automated DVM self-service documents from KBA 2035999, both just stops on Service Session setup and never mentions how to activate/deactivate Issue creation.
They were never generated for this system, but after a cloudy day they started to be created monthly. I'm trying to figure out why this behavior changed.

As confirmed internally, Issue creation can only be stopped by disabling Automated DVM self-service.
