Is it possible to connect any open API end point URL except S/4 Hana with BTP platform by creating destinations or are there any other processes?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud Extensibility" for this question, as SAP APIs are related to Extensibility.

OpenAPIs use HTTP, so yes, connecting to any open API endpoint URL is possible (and quite normal). https://cap.cloud.sap/docs/guides/using-services#import-api
However, I'm not sure what your issue is. Could you please clarify?
