Key User Extensibility populate another field

Hi, I am looking for help with custom logic to populate one custom filed based on the value selection for Manage Bank Accounts Fiori App.

I added Custom Field and this field need to be populated based on the County Selection. How to reference Target field? I am not sure how achieve this.

I am able to find the Input and output structure, in my case they are in "is_bankaccount_input / is_bankaccount_output".

some reason, my new custom fields not visible in the App.

I create Custom Field (Text) and published but same field is not available when i try to add it from the App.

I tried clearing HTTP cache, Browser but still no use.

I added then in them to the business package and transport also.

Fields are disabled some reason, once i enable for UIs and Reports -> Custom Fields are showing up now.
