KSB1 Ready to Use Template in SAP Business Process Automation Issue

Hi,

I am trying to use KSB1 display template from SAP Business Automation store. i was able to proceed initial steps however ended up with below error ( in step Screen Switch ).

i am not sure how to rectify , since the screen switch step or the baove one is not working i guess.

any pointers will be helpful.

@Chaitanya_Priya : any insight to debug what is missing ? i am using ready to use template from the store .

Hi @Dinesh 

This issue might be due to activities used in the reusable dependencies and possibly automation is unable to recognize the GUI screens.

You might try to recapture the SAP GUI screens locally which are provided by reusable dependency & replace the existing activities with your local screen captures in your automation.
