manageemployeein2 error

Hello

it has an issue with manageemployeein2. i thought it occured after upgrade 202202.

already report an incident, but stiil not get any response clearly.

I'm working with 3rd party using HR wsdls, but it's been delayed due to this error.

when I intended to modify employee's contacts(email address, mobile), got response below.

before upgrade, it worked well. so hope to expect any notes from you.
