Material replication integrations S4hana Cloud to Sales cloud

Hi all,

I integrated S4hana Cloud with Sales Cloud. The initial replication of the materials is done. However, when I create new materials the replication is not triggered from the S4 system. The new materials are created in the S4 system but not replicated into Sale cloud. I dont get any error or warning. No messages are recieved in the "Message Dashboard" as well.

Am I missing some crucial step or configuration?

How are you? I have excluded the Tag "SAP S/4HANA Cloud" and included the Tag "SAP S/4HANA cloud Extensibility" for this question, as Integrations are related to Extensibility.

Is the output mode in the communication arrangement set as 'D' (Direct output) ?

Yes It is set as Direct output. I realized I am facing same issue in Business Partner Replication as well.
