Hello,
When users have network issue / outage, their CR got stuck and locked, after network issue fixed, user can't edit their own CR which system has error message "CR locked by user X" (self).
They have to wait until system auto release?(I don't know how long it takes or if this can be set as every 5 mins)
Or ask Admin use SM12 to unlock that line table USMD120C.
I tried to use Function "DEQUEUE_EUSMD_CREQUEST" to unlock but it doesn't work.
Can you please share your solution? thanks!
Hello Eric,
That is the only way to unclock the CR which is locked due to network error/session interruption.
You need to ask the admin to remove the locks using SM12.
